Fruit recipes
Ingredients (for four persons):
2 eggs
5 tablespoons sparkling mineral water
80 g flour
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnamon
A bit of sugar
Furthermore:
500 g pears
2 tablespoons oil
500 g skimmed cottage cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
Preparation:
Separate the egg white from the yolk, beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the yolks with mineral water, flour, salt, cinnamon and a bit of sugar. Then add the beaten egg white, stir very carefully. Wash the pears and cut into segments.
Heat the oil in a pan and add 1/4 of the pancake paste. Distribute on the pancake 1/4 of the pear segments and fry. Then turn over the pancake so that it browns from both sides. Preparare the other 3 pancakes in the same way.
Mix the cottage cheese with the lemon juice and a bit of sugar. Serve the pancakes with the cottage cheese cream.

100 g cream cheese
Half an orange
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Peel and fillet the orange. Cut the segments in cubes.
Mix the cream cheese with the orange cubes and the chili sauce, season with a bit of salt.
